HOW IT WORKS

From order to delivery, mapped out.

Two paths through the site: order directly at a published price, or send us a scope for anything that doesn't fit a standard band. Here's exactly what happens on each.

The order path

THE QUOTE PATH

The quote path

Tell us the scope

Use the quote form: service, language pair, rough word count or file, and your deadline. Attach files by email using the reference we give you.

We scope it and reply

A real reply within 2 working hours during office hours — a price, a timeline, and what we need from you to start.

Confirm and we start

Accept the quote and we assign a translator; the same two-stage workflow applies as on every priced order.

Delivered, with the same correction window

14 days free correction after delivery, exactly as on a priced order.

Turnaround times

Standard Express
Certified (per page) 2–3 working days 1–2 working days (+50%)
Word-band translation 24 hours–5 working days by size 8 hours–3 working days (+50%)
Interpreting confirmed by next working day subject to availability
Subtitling & transcription 2–5 working days by length 1–3 working days (+50%)
Proofreading & editing 24 hours–3 working days by length 8 hours–2 working days (+50%)

What 'independently revised' actually means.

Every order — priced or quoted — goes through the same two stages. First, a translator working into their own native language produces the translation. Second, a different linguist reads it against your source document, checking meaning, terminology and register, not just spelling. Only after that does a delivery check confirm the file, format and any attestation are correct before it's sent to you.

Neither stage is an add-on you have to ask for. It's the workflow, on every job, every time.

Two people read your document before you do: the translator, then the reviser.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is a quote reply, really?

Within 2 working hours during office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–16:00 CET). Outside office hours, the clock starts when we reopen.

Can I switch from a quote to a priced order?

Yes — if your job turns out to fit a standard band once we've scoped it, we'll say so and point you to the buy block instead.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No — order as a guest. You'll get an order reference and a confirmation email; no account is required.
