Turnaround is set by speaker count and audio quality as much as by length — multi-speaker or noisy audio takes longer to check accurately than a clean single-speaker recording of the same length.

That's exactly why multi-speaker transcription is its own priced product rather than folded into the single-speaker rate — it's handled with more time and a dedicated accuracy check against the audio.
Do I need a transcript, a subtitle file, or burned-in subtitles?
A transcript is text only, for reading or editing. A subtitle file (SRT/VTT) is synced but separate from the video, for platforms that support uploading captions. Burned-in subtitles are permanently part of the video file — choose that only if you need them inseparable from the footage.
Can you translate the subtitles into another language too?
Yes — order the transcription or subtitle file here, then the relevant translation service, or ask us to bundle both via the quote form.
What if my audio quality is poor?
Send us the file and, if the audio is genuinely difficult (heavy background noise, significant overlap), use the quote route so we can confirm feasibility and timing before you order.
